some new toys for my kitchen...

So my dear hubby surprised me with some new toys this week! Yes, knives = toys! For someone who loves to cook... toys are knives. (Don't tell any of my nieces/nephews this - Mom's all over the country are trying to keep their kids away from sharp, pointy objects...)

Thanks Love... I promise to be careful and not slice off the edge of my thumb again... I promise.

Let it be known, shortly following this post I was slightly injured ... rather, my left thumb was slightly injured... by one of my new knives. No stitches necessary, but one thumb is currently shorter than the other....

Yes, really...
